Trinity Academy is the outstanding flagship school in Trinity Multi-Academy Trust. We are a growing Multi-Academy Trust, our Executive Principal is a National Leader of Education and we are the lead school in the Trinity Teaching School Alliance and White Rose Maths Hub.
Trinity Academy is the model of excellence for the growing number of academies and free schools joining the trust. The team behind the success at Trinity are working to help those joining our trust to replicate our successes in improving the outcomes for and young people.
Our vision is to inspire each and every student to achieve their potential through high-quality teaching, provided within an environment led by our Christian values. In July 2013 we were judged ‘outstanding’ in every category by Ofsted and we have continued to strive to be considered ‘outstanding within outstanding’.
All of these fantastic and exciting initiatives require the expertise and commitment of dedicated staff and Trinity Academy is currently looking to appoint Learning Assistants. Working under the direction of a classroom teacher you will provide classroom based support to a range of students, including those with Special Educational Needs.

You must be fully committed to optimising the opportunities that are available to children and young people, secure in the knowledge that you will be joining the flagship academy that sets the standards for the schools that are part of an ambitious and forward-thinking Academy Trust.
